Got my gyno surgery this morning !

I know I’ve said this numerous times. But I feel I have to say it again. If anybody is even debating getting gyno surgery get it done ….. it made my chest looks 10x better… I don’t regret a single thing about getting it done. It will be some of the best money you’ve ever spent as long as you go to a good surgeon.

For you guys that have looked around at various surgeons is it common to find a doc that will do it with only local anesthesia? I need this done and i would love to avoid general anesthesia if possible. Not sure if most offer it either way or if its rare to offer just local anesthesia
