Hey guys got some greytops and Im wanting to run a cycle of gh and insulin. No test right now, i might add in a little test in a few months, but I want to see how well i can do with just gh and slin.
So I have some greytops, they are the standard 10iu greytops. I want to limit myself to 3iu per day or 21iu per week.
How would you guys dose this?
Im training like this
Workout 1-Abs,shoulder mobility,push workout, and calves
Workout 2-abs, shoulder mobility, pull workout, and calves
Workout 3-abs, hip mobility, leg workout, and calves.
I have a pretty active job, i work on grain elevators and barges on the river so I got enough walking and climbing in cardio isnt needed right now.
I basically will do my 3 workouts 1 at a time, just getting to the gym when i can throughout the week, i can make at least 3x per week to get through the split completely, but sometimes i can make it 4-5 times per week and get an extra session or 2 in.
Last night i trained workout 1
1 hour pre workout ate
100g carb of white rice and 1 tbsp grassfed butter
50g hydrolyzed whey
10 minutes pre workout i pinned 3iu gh and 8iu slin
Intra workout I drank 50g hydrolyzed whey with 10g luecine and 10g creatine. Also had 2 quarts of gatorade
1 hour post workout i had 12oz tilapia with olive oil
And 16oz potatoes with some coconut oil
Thats basically what i did, used the gh and slin pre. The slin is humilin R regular insulin.
Now today i might take off, i can run another 3 iu gh today, and not use slin since im not training. Or would you save the 3 iu for training days only? Maybe increase it to 4 ius on training days and 0 on off days? Or would you guys run it 3iu ed no matter what and on training days just add in the slin on top pre workout.
Im very open minded and would like any suggestions
