Fantastic improvement in your physique and also your posing is a lot better. It also sounds like you are in a better place mentally about your approach to bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is at the end of the day about bettering your own self. Sure you compete against other guys etc etc but at the end of it all it is about competing against yourself. Good luck with everything man.

Thanks allot for all of the positive comments guys. I really appreciate it. If there is one thing ive learned its the attitude for success. When you are so negative and hard on yourself as I was its hard for you to really appreciate or enjoy any part of your life. I’ve read a few books and really just changed my thinking and its amazing how something mental would show in your physique but I really think that it has. Maybe im just nuts but it works for me and I finally feel good about being a bodybuilder as well as a business man im in the process of opening my own Nutrition store and im really excited about working for myself in the business that I love. I have been working for Pepsi for the last 8 yrs and to have the opportunity to live my passion is a blessing and I am so thankful I finally woke up. im looking forward to a great year in 2012 as much as I don’t stay very active on the boards ( completely cut bodybuilding out of my life for a while) the people hear including Phidas, Dusty, Big A, Big Bapper, Phil and so many more have been a great push in he right direction for me this is the only site I look to for real bodybuilding advice. I am thankful to have found it.

Huge improvement in that last contest, you looked freakin great. Did you do all of that on your own or did you have someone helping you with the diet? To me your conditioning was about as good as it gets. If you can get in that shape for every contest and just add some size, wow!

It also sounds like your mindset it so much better now. I do hope that you stay healthy and monitor everything to be safe.

Thank you that is very nice of you. I was also pleased with my conditioning. I do infact do my own prep. I dont know if I could really work with anyone at this point. I tend to just listen to my body. When its hungry I feed it I make sure I hit my protein number for the day and stick to the few carb sources that digest the best in my body. I think we all of a couple key foods that just "work" so I take down as much as i can. My diet is also 100% organic, grass fed beef free range eggs etc. I notice a big difference in digestion with the higher quality foods.
