I spot inject gear into my biceps all the time using a slin pin

No issues? As I mentioned above I just aspirated blood on just my 3rd bicep injection ever so it seems riskier but then again I never really hear about people having true issues from it.

21 year old injected into his glute and ended up in the ER because he injected into a vein. Again, this was a gluteal injection.

He actually aspirated blood and just moved the needle instead of taking it out and trying again.

I really can't understand why one would not take 2 seconds to aspirate.
