Basically we have a trt epidemic. Guys have too much stress, a shitty diet, don't get enough sleep now have low t. So they hop on test and now their test is in range but they still.have shitty sleep, high stress and a shitty diet...and they think all is good. For those that have been in the game awhile we've seen it before. Raw Deal, Gear Grinder, in 2010-12 the crackdown on research sites selling Cialis and Viagra, NAC pulled by the Pharma companies lobbying during the Pandemic, etc, etc, etc. Looks like it's time for another. Now it's the Safe Supplement Act which apparently has support of both parties.

This latest one is due to the upcoming release of Reta by Big Pharma. Pharma has been pushing very hard to make sure their advertising of GLP's isn't an advertising platform for the RUO (research use only) sites. If you noticed lately, many of the big hitters on the RUO playground have already pulled their GLP's and SS31. It is up in the air if they are going to go after other peps such as BPC, GHK-cu, etc. Since these are not patented hopefully they will stick around.

Apparently they are also going to be fining CC processors up to 500K as well to put an extra kink in things. From my point of view, I think that they will make some examples of the get go. From there we'll see what happens. We all know how to source from other avenues so it mostly won't jam many here up but it will certainly jam up the moms at the country club who have been buying RUO.

Not a ban on peptides but the regulations are so strict and criteria so high, only the biggest manufacturers can make the products at those standards. Basically shutting out the smaller pharmacies. One example, we use a lot of lidocaine in office. If I get it from a smaller local compounder the expiration will be 90 days. If I get pfizer brand exp is 2 years. Same stuff made under different guidelines, no real difference in end product. This bill will same be the concept with a stronger squeeze to favor big pharma making billions.

The same reason guys do self prescribed TRT (the ones doing true TRT doses). Why would I pay a clinic $500 a month for a peptide I can spend $200 on and get a years worth?
