Hey All,
So, recently I suffered a Grade 3 Groin Strain/Adductor Tear while Squatting. It was the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. Nothing like being hauled out of the gym on a stretcher
I was just curious if anyone who has been in a similar situation. And what your rehab was like, and just what the time frame was like. I know right now the thought of getting under the bar again and throwing some serious weight on the bar is terrifying. But I'll have to face that fear. I've been powerlifting for 4/5yrs now and have never had a set back like this before.
So, any pointers/advice you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated.
