Grass Fed Beef Nutritional Breakdown?

Anybody know what the F/C/P are? obviously carbs are 0 but ive found several different numbers for grams of fat, protein is always about the same 4 or 5 grams per ounce. Several nutrition sites have it at 4g of fat per ounce but then several sites say that grass fed beef has significantly less fat in it than standard beef does and list at 2g of fat per ounce. Just trying to keep track of my macros and recently switched to grass fed beef, 8oz twice a day and im struggling to find the breakdown. I asked the farmer I get it from and he just laughed at me haha

Just like regular beef it will depend on the cut bro. Are you talking about ground?

I guess you could ask the farmer what cuts he is using and try to give your best guesstimate from that, otherwise I feel like your out of luck bro
