what did they do for you that you were 100% in three of four days? sounds like a miracle. i suffer from back pain every single day and while it's manageable now, there are still a lot of things i can't do without paying for it.

The first one was a freak thing, Just massive muscle spasms in my erectors, the knot in each one was huge. A couple of days of muscle relaxants and I was good as new. There was nothing structural or nothing with my spine on that one.
