Great read. I have been doing 20 min sessions 2x a day of HIIT. No wonder why it has been working better than my 1hour a day at a consistent speed.
Definitely a good read--so I take it that interval training for 20-30 min per session would be the IDEAL cardio solution then?
for personnal experience, i feel doing 2 sessions of 20 in HIIT its better, it elevates your metabolism, and it makes u restore better the glycogen after that, my concern, its doing that in empty stomach....
