for personnal experience, i feel doing 2 sessions of 20 in HIIT its better, it elevates your metabolism, and it makes u restore better the glycogen after that, my concern, its doing that in empty stomach....
 
I've read a few studies that show that pounding a load of BCAAs before cardio helps prevent catabolism, so that has been my go to solution of late.

ya hit on a empty stomach would not be a good idea. I actually dont like any cardio on a empty stomach even low i need food a meal in me or i dont sweat as much and dont even have the energy to do low dur. lol

pwo is the best for either imo or split up.
