5 tbls Banana LBA's (i use TP's)
1 scoop ON Vanilla Ice Cream Whey
2 tbls natural PB
2 cubes of ice,
drop it in the Magic Bullet for 10 sec. and voila, yummy healthy make you wanna slap yo mama it's so good
This was really good, drank it post WO this am, could not even taste the LBA's, and obviously you can adjust to suit your macros.
