I just wanted to take the time and give this site two thumbs up!
I also wanted to intoduce myself to all moderators here on the board. I myself am a competitve bodybuilder for the last ten yrs. and am originally from the south pacific.

Many of you have seen the bowflex informercial? Therefore many of you will know who I am. This site seems to be filled with serious bodybuilders.

I am currently preparing for a contest here on the west coast, matter of fact Phil, you might be familiar with it. Emerald Cup
