Found some excellent points here. As we know and I've mentioned previously the influence of insulin in raising igf by lowering igfbp3.

Effect of leucine in increasing mtor specifically in the muscle and less in adipocyte or hepatocyte. Makes me question why to supplement with a bcaa at all and not just leucine.

Questions raised about the gut microbiome and types of fiber needed to feed different types of bacteria in our bodies.
