Evan is a class act and very intelligent

A lot of the things he says about life, training, nutrition, gurus, etc i can definitely agree with.


He is wise beyond his years.


I hope that he can one day overtake Heath for the Mr. Olympia because he has the perfect mindset for the sport, even though he and his ideals are not as marketable/glamorous as say a Jay Cutler or Phil Heath. I feel like everyone should have a slice of humble pie.

I have never seen a vertical leg press like that is a gym. I would imagine my lower back would come up off the floor and I would hurt myself like I do on every other leg press

I wish average people would of watch these videos to understand that bodybuilders usually are not assholes were they try to expose their bodies as much as possible.

If he doesn't want attention, then why does he get on stage? I don't get it. Body building is purely an asthetic competition. Who looks the best. If one wanted to blend in, it would be much easier if you weren't as big as a barn. Much respect to the guy and all of his achievements, but I don't buy it. Not to mention, the reason he claims he gets in a tank top is because "someone told him that's what people want to see" is bs also. The reason is because someone paid him to do it. Which, by the way, is pretty bad ass to get someone to pay you to flex, but at least be honest about it.
