Greek Style Yogurt

Has anyone here tried this? Nutritional profile is 320 cals, 6g fat, 18g carbs, and 48g protein per container. Each container is only $2.69! I got mine at Trader Joe's. This is now my favorite breakfast food...very quick and easy. There is also a non fat version available for the same price.

I eat this everyday!
I have 1 serving, and I put in a little extra protein powder, cinammon, olive oil, and usually chop up a banana or use apricot slices.
Delicious.

Does it taste different then "regular" yogart? What makes it "greek"?

I know what makes other things "Greek" style, but not sure about the yogurt. I 'm going to Trader Joes today after the gym and pick some up. Getting tired of Tuna or Turkey when I wake up and too lazy to cook egg whites in the mornings.

Yes, it tastes quite a bit different. They took yogurt, then they took that nasty acrid taste away. It also has a better and different texture.

I eat it daily and so does my dog. She get a tablespoon of it in her food every morning. Try mixing a scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder and some blueberries in the yogurt. It tastes pretty damn good. I only pay $1.79 for mine.

What makes it Greek is the fact that it has cucumber and garlic in it. Us Greeks call it "tzanziki" and it's usually used as a topping on a gyro. I personally don't like any kind of yogurt, but all the BB I know in Greece eat this stuff like no tomorrow....some mix in a tablespoon of olive oil in there as well.

What brand name is the greek style yogurt you guys are getting? I've been searching the stores in the UK and the greek style yogurts I've come across are around 4.5g protein per 1OOg

I love yogurt but dont think i have tried this. How many servings per container?

I love that shit. Throw some grape nuts, raisins, oats, scoop of whey, 1 tbsp of Omega 3 canola-oil blend, w/ the fat-free greek yogut..

Oh DAMN it's good. Perfect breakfast.

Just picked some up and its is the best yogurt I ever had.... I love the texture and having double the protien helps
