Green tea lowers testosterone??

Yeah, I remember when this research came out... if you are on HRT or anything though, it doesn't really matter... DRINK UP!
 
I use it as part of a fat burning stack don't drink it but yeah I'll make sure I'm on stuff when I take it. Lol

WTF! It seems like every week there's another article about something that lowers testosterone or raises estrogen. I feel like I need to get rid of every cleaner, soap, detergent, supplement And just about everything else in my house!

There's 4 to start... One (or more) of them (I don't remember exactly) discussed the effects of the different phenols, and how different concentrations can determine if the hormonal results are positive (test boosting) or negative (suppressing).

With so many studies and mountains of data showing positive effects of green (and other color) tea, the few questionable studies with negative outcomes should be taken with a grain of salt imho.

I drink a lot of green tea since being told its good for you lipids (especially LDL). Being in HRT I never gave much thought to the possibility that it lowers testosterone. Even if it does I believe the good out weighs the bad tremendously. Then again I eat a lot of soy and that's supposed to be bad too. I guess I'm just a rebel.

I don't have any scientific proof but just going by smell I'd assume that some pussies are a good source of fish oil!
