Ive been doing a lot of reading on green tea and its health benefits and i think i may add it into my daily diet if its fairly cheap. I have 2 questions for people with experience or knowledge on it
1. I read a few places that it helps prevent obesity by blocking glycogen as being stored as fat, and have heard of many using it while bulking, has anyone noticed green tea helping them stay lean during a bulk?
2. How much do you recommend drinking per day?
