wasn't sure whether to post here or beginners forum but as I am not a beginner but just new to this board decided here, hope that's ok. 32 y/o 6'4" abt 250lbs, abt 15% BF, been lifting for 15 yrs, this is a lifestyle for me, I am the weird one among most of my friends who eats clean and exercises daily. at my peak i have been 280lbs with soft abs, usually was <10% BF at 260lbs. I have done several AAS cycles, always for cutting. have always bulked naturally, i could weigh 300lbs easily if i went powerlifting style... anyways, I had a major surgery about 18mos ago which set me back substantially, just now feel like I am approaching where I feel I should be. I have no interest in weighing 280 again (personally, that much weight even being mostly muscle was a lot to carry around, knees hurt, thighs were too big for boxers haha, etc..) but I am going to lean out again around 250. so, here's my current cycle, which i started this week-
500mg test E/400mg primo per week
.5mg a-dex ed or eod depending on water retention/itchy nipples
25mg toremifene ed or eod " "
will run this for 15 wks
i am also going to run some hcg for which i have a few Qs..
i was planning to do 250ius q4d during weeks 7-9 and then again to kick start PCT (have done this before) but after reading some threads on here you guys seem to advocate running hcg throughout the cycle. is that really better than doing during middle and then end of cycle? also, i have always utilized 1500iu vials of hcg but presently can only get 5000iu vials, how long does reconstituted hcg stay viable in the fridge? 5000iu vial would give 20 250iu injects over almost three months.
sorry so long, one last Q... my other thought in planning this cycle was deciding between 250mg/wk test E or 500. stacked with the 400mg primo, do you think the extra test is worth potential sides? after 15 wks i'm expecting HPTA to be pretty shutdown anyways... have never used primo but have used 500mg test E/400mg EQ and 250 test E/400mg deca and both gave great results.
