GRF Mod-129 + GHRP-2: Taken with or without meals?

It seems that GRF Mod-129 + GHRP-2 is the most popular hgh peptide stack for research.

Questions:
  1. What is the minimum time between dosings that is acceptable?
  2. Is it optimal to ingest these peptides at the same time of meals, or in between? (i.e., Immediately before food, immediately after food, 1-2 hours before food, 1-2 hours after food, etc).
  3. What are the pros and cons of ingesting these peptides with food, or specifically, foods that cause an insulin or blood sugar spike?

There is plenty on here about what you asked, just you haven't looked.

The best way IMO, take 200 Huperzine A on empty stomach, 30 minutes later take 100 mcg of GHRP 2 and 100 mcg of Mod 29 or CJC1295 without DAC, then 30 minutes later eat. At least 3 to 4 times a day like this, space out evenly.

Is there any adverse reaction if you took a sugary shake 30 minutes later, or at the same time?
 
Yes. If you consume fat or carbs am hour before or less than 30 minutes after injecting the peptides will have no effect at all.

I take mine at 10am, 4pm, 10pm. I train at 5pm.

Cut it out, thats just not true!!! Effects may be diminished but to say no effect at all is just pure wrong!!!
 
Look, peptides basically release natural GH, pre workout u have GH running through your system and can expect the same as running exo GH pre workout. If you run it post work you have GH running through your system and can expect the same as running exo GH post...now when i say the same undone mean the exact same results but the general effect - fat loss or mass gain...

Just don't over complicate things, every 3-4 hours to allow pituitary to replenish.

i get the biggest head rush/ throbbing around my temple and ears, if i take 100mcg hup a wait 10-15 mins and take my modgrf/ghrp and wait 20 mins to eat.

ive tried the stick and eat method, and i don't feel the rush and flush feeling.

so.. i stick with the first application.
 
What are your goals?

If you're trying to gain muscle make sure you have protein when you take your peptides.

If you're trying to lose fat, take the peptides on an empty stomach then do some light cardio and stay active a few hours to burn off fat liberated by the peps.
