Primal Grill with Steven Raichlen

I'm searching for the specific recipe I seen on TV, this dude was grilling T-Bones directly on the coals. It was mouth watering, if I find it I'll edit this post with the recipe included....

one of my favorite parts of the summer. i get to break out the grill. sitting out on the deck in a bathing suit with a tall iced tea and flip flops watching the kids play while grilling up 15 chicken breasts. doesnt get much better
