So a lot of my tablets like my B complex are huge I usually put them in the Vitamix blender and turn them into a powder and then teaspoon them into drinks and smoothies and such, now I know it's almost impossible to know the proper dosing once you turn them into powder but I'm wondering if Powderizing vitamins and supplements for mixture into smoothies and drinks is safe and advisable? The reason I do that specifically with some of my vitamins because they are just too damn big to swallow as many as I need to take.... What do you think?

Why not just purchase the powder form, it will be much cheaper per dose.
 
It's safe as long as it isn't a time-release tablet. Anyway I'd still go with the powder form as stated above.
