I dunno about you guys, but I am curious to see what you guys have in the fridge.

ME:
I always get petite sirloins, top sirloins, lean hamburger meat, tuna, salmon, chicken breasts, potatoes, rice, oatmeal, eggs, milk.

I always wonder about the tri-tip steak, or the chuck -- what is the best steak without dropping too much $$?

McD, BK, Wendys' KFC, Pizza, tacitos, Jamaican beef patties...lol

and when im behaving...Cod, salmon, tuna, poluck, perch, flounder, shark, scallops, shrimp, mackerol, chicken breast, green beans, peas, broccoli, asparagus, brown rice, sweet potatoes, 97% lean beef and good quality protein shakes or meal replacements..(mt-rx or myoplex ) plain oatmeal, peanut butter, eggs, whole grain bread if any at all.

Right now you will find nothing but tuna, salmon, oatmeal, and green veggies here. I threw everything out last night cause i had to force myself to diet again. :(

Fug, I am about to start my diet in two weeks and you are depressing me.

Right now, my grocery list is loaded with chicken, beans, sweet potatoes, whole oats, peanut butter, olive oil, rice, apples, power bars, frozen ice cream bars, jelly bellys, and reeses peaunut butter cups - ah bulking is good.

In two weeks it ends and i'll stock up on that crap you have in your fridge.

Hey man just so ya know MT-RX and Myoplex shakes are garbage these days my friend. Waaaaay too much sodium and trans fats in those things...there are better ways to go in my opinion

Flank is good and wont break the bank...Im a steak snob though...mostly tenderloin for me...i go to a butcher and get it way cheaper....its about 7.99 a pound when I buy in bulk.

buffalo medallions top round - farm raised chicken from my own farm and my own fresh eggs- milk- tuna-and lots of fish right off the boat :D life feeds my fat self very well

..

tuna, chicken, chopped meat, peanut butter, apples, cottage cheese, lemon sorbet < my treat....brown rice, couscous, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, 2% milk and some OJ, lettuce and spinach

I am a vegetarian so....

Lot of fish, liquid protein, rice, cheese, raw milk, oranges, banannas, soy milk, garden burgers, portabella mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, avacado, cantaloupe.

Now that's the cheap way to do it!

For steak, I buy London Broil, smash it with a mallet, marinade for a day a grill it to medium... Then sliced real thin it's like deli roast beef for a lot less $$$

I bought a bunch of steaks from a distributor that is similar to Omaha Steaks. They were supposed to be really great cuts of meat for cheap, but I am not impressed at all. Even the filet mignon is fatty...

Chicken/tuna/beef (steak and-or ground)/low sugar cereal/lite yougart/eggs/
beans/pasta/rice. Simple!

while on topic of protein powders..... i talked to jay cutler when he guest posed at a local show and he said protein shakes were garbage, even though hes sponsored by them. he said to get protein from real food.

hmmm...i got: chicken, turkey, lean ground beef, ahi tuna, orange roughy, green beans, broccoli, spinach, dijon mustard, salsa, hummus, eggs, low carb ketchup, butter spray, pancake syrup, oat bran, natty almond butter, cinnamon, splenda, flavored water, rice cakes, yams, etc etc etc

not your typical grocery list

buffalo meat on occasion, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, avocados, turkey, veggie cheese, hemp oil, apples, oranges, vegetables, granola, rice milk, v8, only cook in olive oil, canned tuna, hummous, mixed protein from proteinfactory, kyogreen drink, spirulina drink, eggs, salmon, almond butter, sugar free jelly...

I used to get sick a lot during winter and decided to start eating better and doing cardio 3 times per week. I haven't had as much as a cold in 2 years!

chicken breasts, green beans, brown rice, oatmeal, green tea, filet minon, ground turkey, sweet potatos, eggs, skim milk, natural peanut butter, almonds, salmon( but it has to be fresh), salsa, KC masterpiece BBQ sauce, Stubs beef marinades, and sometimes I get jello...I know thats ghetto but I like to eat it and not feel guilty.

No Red Meat????

Phil, Why don't you eat red meat? Never???

Is it becuase of colon cancer. If I had a dollar for every red meat cancer study I read I could buy a round trip ticket to NY. I remember you snacking on turkey for Thanksgiving!!!!!!
