Is this what all the AI buzz is about? Cool you wanna make it pretty and have a reason to justify everything but it really seems like busy work to plug all this in and nothing new gained.
No. Theres lots more to AI. Im also using grok to help me write about genetics and human evolution. All the knowledge and data at your fingertips.
 
Honestly, after reading it, I’m not even sure what this post is supposed to say or what you were trying to communicate. I don’t fully understand it.

If you look at this cycle and the doses, especially the supplements and some of the supportive drugs, they are honestly insanely high. So at this point I really don’t know if this is your own idea, or something generated by AI.
Its really not that high. Pushed a lot harder than that in that in the past. Cycled 20iu of gh and igf1 on top that. Probably didn't make any much of a difference using half that dose

I'm not even talking about gear because I don't know your size or what you look like, but I'm talking about the doses of supplements and their amounts, plus the rest of the medications - half of them are unnecessary here - but that's just my opinion, of course.

I dont use multi vitamins so I like to use individual supplements. Ive always been kind of a person that oversupplements but I like to have all grounds covered. All micro nutrients plus glucose control, fat metabolism, etc. Yes some of them are over the top, zinc and chromium needs to be scaled back for example.

Not really that much meds, its literally bp meds, cholesterol control, and dick pills.

Anyway, regardless of dosages. This is a good outline for anyone to have. Simple cycle, meds, some supps, cardio, monitoring vitals, etc.

No I appreciate your feedback. Some people are giving snarky remarks just for the sake of it, that's the internet. But your reply was fine. I understand some people are going to see how I do things and think, that's way overkill on supps. But, I just explained myself because I do put a lot of thought into my supplement stack (and I did admit some dosages need to be scaked back). If I had the perfect multivitamin, I wouldn't have to do it that way.

I agree 100%! I'm very healthy, my yearly health check up is excellent on all bloods and markers, BP, cholesterol, etc.
The only thing I get marked down on is my being obese.........lol. Per BMI, I'm 230 at 5-09 but have a 33 inch waist. You have to love those charts.....
Five kids, six grandkids, retired...........life is perfect.
My wondering is more curiosity than regret.

Do I have a hangup here? How can a weekly dose of x mg ever be surpassed by any effect? You are taking 1000mg a week and after a while you have 2000mg a week? is this some kind of magic?
Is this a trick question ? the half life of the ester decides the compounding effect ? if you shoot 1000mg every 7 dayes of something that has a 10 day half life.. well then after a couple weeks you have above 1000mg in your blood ?

To put it simply, yes - that's why long esters work more strongly at the same dose because their half-lives overlap.

With all due respect bro I don't think the words simple or "not that much" are applicable here. I counted 37 different drugs/medication in the original post and 2g of gear.

Most are supplements. As I previously stated yeah I dont use a multi so most of the bulk of supps come individual supplements.
My guy that doesn’t make it any better lol. This is still way too much. I don’t know how someone could even digest all that without getting sick

What would you say are the advantages and disadvantages of someone using proper va longer acting test? This would be for someone who uses test only.
