Most are supplements. As I previously stated yeah I dont use a multi so most of the bulk of supps come individual supplements.

Why so many peptides...I actually won't touch that one because everyone now days is using peptides just to say they do because apparently they are the secret. But even the vitamins, if the diet is good they should be covered there. Have youb had vitamin levels tested?

Better ask someone with more (coaching) experience.

Upsides of prop are that you can raise or lower the dose quickly (if you get side effects that can come in handy). Other than that, I would say long ester have the upper hand in every other aspect (less fluctuations = fewer side effects, less aromatization, etc).

I currently take both, the baseline test is cyp and then prop on top so I can make a quick adjustment downwards if something is off.

Using short esters are better for controlling sides. A lot of people say they hold less water on short esters but its because the compounding effect is less or non existent. I personally would only use short esters for things like tren if you want it in and out if you have issues.

When you say compounding effect, does that pertain to positive anabolic affects? Meaning a guy doing 500mg prop ew for a year could be missing out on gains if he were to have run 500mg cyp instead?

Every body is different 200mg a week prop puts me at 1000 200mg eth 1300. So for me yes id gain more on eth.

Interesting, I've always used prop out of preference. I guess the take home point is prop may be less effective mg for mg, so id just need to take more to get the results id get from longer acting?
 
Yeah its not huge. But price point and less needed for eth or cyp. Its a no Brainer. I do 10mg tren eth a day....more id do ace just because I want it out if I had issues. And not dealing with compounding.

The reason steak and eggs are cheat meals is because I eat a 0 fat diet. Occasionally I like to refeed my body a couple times a week with quality fatty foods. Is that too hard for you to understand?

Well I should say close to zero. I mainly eat chicken breast tenderloin as a protein source, which is basically fat free according to the nutrient facts. I also eat fat free whey, Skim milk, and Nonfat yogurt. You could speculate that these sources have micro amounts of fat in them, so it probably accumulates with the volume of food I generally eat (which is much higher than what I put on the original post, that is just me trying to cut some weight).

2 cups oats (10g fat)

So realistically I'm eating 20g fat most days.
I generally eat lean beef and eggs a couple times a week. I look at these as healthy "cheat" meals, allowing my body healthy fat sources. I dont eat junk food. I think this is the best balance.

Seems similar to carb cycling. On training days I eat moderate protein, high carbs, trace fat. Then off days higher protein, higher fat, trace carbs except the last meal I just have a big yogurt whey fruit parfait. Lol.

The surprising thing...the high carb meal to end the low carb days...doesn't seem to have any negative affects ie fat gain. I just prefer a large meal before bed to help me sleep and 1k calories of protein fat would be kinda gross and I would not want that much fat in 1 meal.

Yup pretty similar. If anything if Im eating lower carb on non training days Ill just take out the rice, and swap the chicken for lean beef. But most of the time its ultra low fat, high carb.
