I take 2 packs lean ground turkey (Costco) fry it to about 3/4 fully cooked, then drain, rinse and add bacon seasoning and water then simmer until water is all gone. Add desired amount of rice, green beans and soy sauce to taste.

Another thing I do is make ground turkey Pattie’s, put in air fryer and cover tops with smoked applewood seasoning then air fry 10 mins each side. After that I chop it up, add rice, cut green beans and soy sauce to taste.

Lean ground beef, pan fry until 2/3 cooked, drain rinse and add franks red hot sauce, franks red hot seasoning, pepper and garlic seasoning then simmer until all water is gone. Add green beans and rice (if desired, I skip the rice for this meal typically)

I rotate these meals every day (except for cheat meal) and never get bored of them. Been doing this for years
 
Lean grass feed beef, onions and red peppers. Fry in the pan. Last few min add cummin and Ms Dash southwest Chipotle Seasoning. Throw on low carb Wraps and enjoy.
 
Brown 4lbs ground meat , drain and rinse
Add
2 table spoon dry taco seasoning
2 table spoon dry ranch powder
2 packs Fortera taco sauce
1 can Rotell tomatoes

Mix all together and you have 4lbs taco meat
You can add to salad or add rice or put on tortilla to suit your macros

then dump in a bowl of red beans

or eat by them selves with bbq sauce
 
Turkey. Cooked on the stove with Worcestershire sauce and a dash of soy sauce and a pinch of brown sugar. Serve it with white rice and veggies. I can eat ground turkey with very little seasoning. Chicken? I need it doused in flavor.
 
Green pepper, onion, ground beef, and whatever seasoning or sauce I feel like that day. Eat with rice. If it sucks add liquid aminos or Tabasco lol. Don't get much easier then this
 
Also patties with an egg and diced onions in the patty.

That’s honestly a pretty efficient setup. High protein, cheap in bulk, easy to prep, and enough seasoning variation that it doesn’t feel like the exact same meal every day. The rinse/simmer trick after browning also cuts down the grease while keeping flavor from the seasonings and sauces. If you’ve been able to stick with it for years without getting bored, that’s usually a sign the system actually works for you.
