I've used grounding (bed and work desk) for years. It really helps as you get older and have a hard time staying ahead of inflammation. I will say the bedsheets are problematic in terms of fragility. I had one stop working (connection broken) and over time my rotator cuffs stopped recovering from exercise - always being sore. I restored the connection by using a wrist band instead and noticed improvement over the coarse of a week or so. I know this is anecdotal but it falls into the category of cheap and can't hurt. I will always sleep and work grounded when possible so I don't have to take anti-inflammatory medication...
