I'm 6'1 1/2"...6'2" for short!
Gh is great, I been on 6yrs. Low doses are fine, 2/2 a.m. p.m. or post workout. I have used heavier doses but for no better results. May have even enlarged Extremities and intestines. You may push to 3- 4 ius after a few months in!
My BP has always been 140 since 14 yrs old so no matter, were all wired different.
A.m / Cardio on the Bike and May add an ECA stack with 2 ius. Clen is great as well if tolerable and always L-Carnitine.
