Yep, that's it. He had it done in Egypt. Saw many before and after pics and the resluts were pretty impressive. Funny to see these guys stading next to the DR much shorter then towering of him in the after pics.

it is a proven fact actually.
overnight you reduce a lot of the pressure and the discs, especially the ones in the lumbar region.
yes, they are cartilage, but the inside is filled with a gel-like substance. it is the gel that gets refreshed overnight once the pressure is alleviated.
for me, I have permanent squashing of the disks because of powerlifting. I used to be exactly 6' after high school, now I am 5' 11.5".
Inversion therapy can assist in releiving pressure of the back. I have a machine that does this. but I know this is not the case here.
if there is a marked increase of 1" throughout the day, you may have actually grown!
I have read about that some males continue to grow until about 24yrs.
Females usually finish no later than 18

They break either you lower leg bones or your thigh bones and put a devise on the you turn this knob once a day. Takes about 6 months to get around 2-4 inches. Not very fun, but my friend loved the results.

Fuck that! Holy Shit, that takes balls to put yourself through that. Does he look like an alien with the lower leg four inches longer than it was meant to be? Like a cricket?

I have seen the results, and yes, it does look a tad weird.
but if i know my anatomy correctly, wouldn't they have to break 2 bones in the lower leg (tibia and fibula) when there is only one, ableit very difficult to break, femur in the upper leg?
