i love my 2.5-3iu before bed every night. I only use TP's generics. Igf-1 levels always come in high 300s right where i like it. i see some people here are saying the costs are one of the biggest cons. i dont know where they buy their hgh but at $5 per day i dont see how cost is really relevant. I see people wasting more money on bull$hit supplements from gnc that have no science to back it up. im in my late 30s and have been taking hgh for most of my 30's. glucose never comes in higher than 100. insulin sensitivity is over-rated unless you are on a terrible diet. eating badly while taking anything like AAS and HGH and you negate the purpose. and hgh isnt for cycling. its a long term commitment to see the results/benefits. so if you are a short term type of person that wants instant results with harsh side effects stick with stuff like trenbolone. but if you are a long term lean mass builder like myself with very little sides you cant beat a test and hgh combination. and dont take hgh with trenbolone. trenbolone messes with igf-1 levels (reduces them). lots of guys on here posted labs of crashing ifg-1 levels taking trenbolone while on hgh. you are just throwing money away if you add tren
