Growth Hormone on blood work

Just got results on my blood work and I asked for IGF to test my levels to see if what I'm using is legit.
The test that they did was growth hormone..and came back at .7ng

Question is - is growth hormone the test to check to see if gh is legit or do you ask for IGF?
Is it the same?

Well, yes and no, GH serum levels are very short lived in the blood. So if checking GH serum levels typical bro-tocol is shoot one full vial and have blood drawm 2.5-3 hours after IM injection. Gh is then converted to IGF-1 in the liver and those levels maintain a bit longer, up to 3 weeks. They also take about 3 weeks to build up to peak. Most people will shoot the one vial and do blood draw 3 hours later to test both at once. Or to test just IGF go in anytime after you been on for at least 3 weeks.

If you have liver issues it can affect the conversion of Gh to IGF-1. If your using tren it will alter test results for IGF, but most likely the GH is still working.

Ok so of I'm using 3 iu a day of saizens for 3 weeks (switched from
Seros 3 weeks ago) and did my normal shot of 3iu that morning, did blood work about 90 min later - the results wouldn't show high serum levels even though I've been on?
.7 seemed low...but again, this wasn't the first time using this kit 3 weeks exactly.

Basically my question is even though I've been on for a while, would I still have to do a whole vial? Or because I've been on for 3 weeks, are serum levels built up where my IGF /gh would show significant level increase
