Im not a newbie , but at 193 its hard to consume that much protein a day, imo 350g seems to be the max for me, no way I could 500, would live in the bathroom..

Test E would be a good stand alone. I would go a little longer than 10 wks tho 12wks is a good length. You can start conservatively at 250 a week.
 
Husky 500mg a week would be the best results. Doing 200 etc wouldnt get you the results you need.
Do a basic cycle for 12 weeks thats planned out appropriately and you will be thanking me.

Ok I'm working on mapping out a gameplan right now. My show is in November, would I want to still be "on" test e or cycling off on show date?

Question

I have some HGH that I am planning on running 4iu's a day 6 to 9 months(5 on,2 off). I'm wondering what results I should expect since I have not done GH before. Any and all information would be appreciated.

My Stats:
39 years young 5'9" 225lbs 18% B/F

I would highly suggest the read up of Mike Mentzers High Intensity Training.
 
Such a great post. Prob the best I've ever read about starting up. I direct soamy new comers to this game, right to this very post. Wish I saw this years ago before I first started.
 
Love this article very informative. I have some questions about this. 1 do you have to be on a cycle to see gains? and 2 I have no doubt that I need to eat that much but if I can't afford to eat 500 grams a day will that completely hinder my growth? Right now I'm easily eating 250-300 grams a day of protein I'm trying to put on some size for my next show. But money is tight right now, like real real tight so I can't afford a cycle and I cant afford to eat 500 grams a day. Vets whattya think?
