Just started another cycle about 6 weeks ago, consisting of 500mg Sus, 400mg Equip., and 30mg Dbol. Diet I believe is fine: 175-200g protein (weight: 188 lbs), 3000(+) calories, carbs (I don't know). I've gained some weight, but I think it is mostly from my increase in food intake, thus fat- my stomach is blotted.
Strength has just started to move a little. I don't feel pumped on days off from training- at all. My workout schedule is as follows:
Monday- quad & hams w/ light ab
tuesday- back & calves
wednesday- off
thursday- chest & ab
friday- bis & tris (yes, together)
Sunday- forearms, reverse curls & tris
Any help would be greatly appreciated
