GSE & Wild nettle root for an AI??

Finally had gyno surgery about 6 weeks ago after struggling with it for almost 8 years. I cruise year round @ 250mg of test E per week. 2-3x per year I’ll add some non aromatizing compounds in to try and pack on alittle more size but stay tight. I am very sensitive to gyno though and I’m concerned even at low dosages it could potentially come back. Has anyone tried GSE, Nettle root, or chrysin as a mild AI instead of adex or nova? I guess you didn’t get the gland removed, because if you did you wouldn’t be worried about it.

Just started taking the DIM as well actually! Currently just taking 1 tab in the morning which is 200mg of DIM and 2.5mg of Bioperine. Do you think 1 a day is enough?

I guess you didn’t get the gland removed, because if you did you wouldn’t be worried about it.

I made it clear to my surgeon that I was very concerned about getting gyno again but he stressed to me that it is important to leave just a tiny tiny bit left so I don’t develop a crater nipple. He told me he removed 99.99% of it so the chances of coming back are very slim to none but I’d rather just be on the safe side anyways.

I second what aphextwin has stated. If the surgery was done properly your concerns should be appeased.

As you've said doesn't hurt to be on the safe side and it certainly helps to ask questions. I will be following the thread and see what natural supps have proven effective for other members of PM.
