My primary goal is an eight pack with 4% bodyfat. My secondary goals are to bench 225x20, and be able to do 15-20 pullups (I'm at 8 reps with both of those lifts now). As far as weight wise, I'm OK with being 200-220. I guess the physique I'm trying to mirror would be that of a WR of LB that you'd see at the NFL combine.
As far as AAS, I've done 2 cycles: 500mg of test e for 10wks 2yrs ago; and test e and tren 6 months ago.
Currently, I'm 1 month into 4iu per day of Maxitropin, which I'm hoping will lean me down to my bodyfat goal, and possibly spot reduce the disproportionate amount of back and oblique fat that I have.
You need to realize that %4 bodyfat is very unhealthy and %99 of people cannot maintain a b/f under %6 for long periods of time. It can cause major health problems as needed fat around organs can get too low. Some guys who are very very genetically skinny can cruise around at %6ish but any lower than that is near impossible to maintain for long periods of time. %12 is a very healthy bodyfat to be at and if you have enough muscle you will look very lean at %12. My opinion, keep the bodyfat your at and add a lot more muscle but do it clean and slow.
