Guest Posing at the 2009 South Fl bodybuilding Championships

237 lb and happy the local croud sow my improvements and got some client for next year competitions...
Thanks to my New Nutritionist Jim Magnum to guide me to a great shape 12 pounds heavier than my last show...we know i am a little off but as my wife sayd "you look way better than the sacramento Show because you were full and hard than looking flat and soft and holding water"
If she says so it is because it is true...lol
