Hey just wanted to let anyone and everyone know that im doing my first guest posing at the Mr.Iowa/Midwest Championships on April 19th. In Davenport Iowa (Davenport West High)...If anyone who is close and in the area wants to stop by and check out the show, please come by the Optimum Nutrion booth tha night and say hi (Oh I forgot to tell everyon that im sponsored by them now)...I'll be starting the show, then later that night Big Quincy Taylor is guest posing before the finals...

Anyway, Im excited and I just wanted to let everyone know whats going on with me...With the sponsorship with Optimum Nutrition/ABB and a couple more private sponsors things are really looking up for me !!!

As for training and dieting things are going really well..I think everyone who comes to the show will be suprised by how much muscle I have put on this past year...Plus, the level of conditioning I will be carrying on stage...Plus, I got a great routine that im doing (kinda like a Darrem Charles or Melvin type of routine, but not as good as them..LOL) ...

Let me tell you, a guest posing is harder than compete, you feel more nevious than ever, you know that people spect to see you in great condition and size.
After you finish it is so great!!! you fell more satisfy sometimes as when you finish a show.
