I was thinking of running UHT (mod frequency, low/mod volume - 3 way split, 2 on 1 off, everything done twice every 5 days) while on a cutting, recomp type cycle.
I am hoping to use PWO humalog cautiously to avoid needing to do a true carb up and only need moderate, low and no carb days without high carb days.
I would be using tren and low dose t3 so fat burning and weight gain is very possible.
Some things worth noting - I haven't done legs in a long time due to a bad back so I expect muscle growth there. I am definitely an endo body type. probably 5'10" 220 12%. I use 50g carbs as a base that I assume will come from protein shakes, ketchup, nuts and greens. Also assume I will get 50g fats from normal food.
I AM USING 3 TYPES OF DAYS
Moderate carbs
Legs and Back
350p / 200c / - 2700 cals
8-10iu PWO Humalog
Carb timing -
30 mins PRE-wo - 40g dextrose w. BCAA
Immediate - 70g post wo shake, BCAA
30mins - Protein shake
1 hour - pwo meal 50g carbs 1 hour later or so
2 hours on - Protein as needed, greens
ADD AM Cardio on Pull day
Low carbs
Push day
350p / 150c / 50f - 2600 cals
30 mins pre-wo - 30g carbs / bcaa
WO
30mins - PWO cardio
PWO - 45g oat carbs
PWO meal 1 hour later - 35g carbs
Zero/Super low day
Off Day
350p / 50c (low as possible) / 100f - 2500cals
30mins cardio
Again it is:
Legs / Push / OFF
Pull / Legs / OFF
Push / Pull / OFF
ect
