Guide to Staying Lean Year-Round

Very simple. Just dont eat to many calories. I stay lean all year (6-7% bf). No cardio, its all in the diet.
 
2nd option
you can stay just on HRT, train for 2 hours 5-6 times a week eat before you are hungry as much clean food as you're starving by incorporating some fasting and even some 10000cal junk food days

I don't like high dosages, I love training and eating a lot with fasting periods and I don't like to worry about every single thing I'm doing, every single gram calorie I'm eating this or that before this or that, so I'm choosing the second option and I'm lean every single day all year round lol

Gets my vote!

Intermitent Fasting (16hour fasts, 8 hour eating window) everyday.
Prescription TRT and replacement thyroid. (both for legitimate medical reasons, i have no choice).
Heavy weight training twice a week then 3 more days with a mixture of boxing/thai boxing & MMA.
Eat whatever the hell i want after training once ive eaten my real post workout meal (Snicker bars or cookies are my favourites :love: )
Sundays are my cheat day so after my 12.30 fast time il eat whatever i like for the day (anywhere up to 8-10K cals)

Just add ive been a chubby body type my whole life up till i found IFing but nowadays always staying around 6-7% and thats in my early 40`s (this is in noway the best way to stay lean and add muscle by the way, but when i push i can still get a weight/rep increase on the big lifts in the gym when i go through a growing phase ) :headbang:
