Need to dial in my diet....probably should not eat 16oz of skirt steak in one meal:) Will probably start doing 2 or 3 protein shakes per day to hit my daily protein intake while taking in less calories. Once again.....so far...so good.

I know tren isn't the best thing health wise, but dammit I love the stuff...Nothing gear wise will change your physique more quickly. Bet my hdl

AM fasted cardio the last couple days.....

I swear....dieting can be such a mindfuck sometimes....Go next to no carbs one day and then you start feeling skinny/fat because of little glycogen in your muscles....then start second guessing yourself.."Am I doing this right? Am I going too low carb? Did I eat enough protein?.....Then I carb up before a workout, and my muscles fill up and I realize that I am in fact losing fat and gaining muscle....maybe I just need to cut back on caffeine....lol

Nice log. I know what you mean about the mind games as I'm currently doing about the same thing you are. I'm playing around right now with higher carbs on training days, and lower carbs on rest days. Generally keep fats about the same. And at the end of the day of I'm out of allotted calories...I just eat some extra protein. About 4-5 oz of some deli chicken wrapped over a cheese stick. Nuke it until the cheese is soft, and it makes for a nice little snack right before bed that isn't too bad with calories.

I have my first ever log going on here since joining in 2006.

Just keep grinding away as it sounds like you got things figured out!

Good leg workout today

Carbed up, caffeined up, cranked up "Search and Destroy" by the Stooges at ear piercing volume, and hit the gym.....

5 sets machine seated calf raises....21 reps each set...7 with feet straight, 7 with toes pointed out, 7 with toes pointed in.

Felt damn good today....I will see how I recover in the next couple days. If I'm not that sore tomorrow....next leg workout I'm going for 5 sets of 20 with the full 405 stack.....wish me luck :)

Seated straight bar cable pull downs (palms facing me)

Did 5 sets of 10 reps on a Cybex back machine I have never used before. It is a seated pull back move with a weight stack. Could really get my shoulder blades pulled back/together on this machine. Got a great lat pump as a result. Will be using it more often....Joined a new gym BTW..

Did 5 sets of 10 for back on a cable machine with a straight bar. Facing the weight stack hold arms straight out/forward and bring bar down to thighs while keeping arms straight.

Yes...I'm 48 years old and still listening to Slayer :headbang: I was moshing in the pit at Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, and Pantera concerts before some of the members of this board were even a gleam in their Daddy's eye...:cool:

Yesterday..am fasted cardio. I do 45 min LISS cardio instead of 20 min HIIT for a couple reasons. A) HIIT tends to throw me into overtraining when I'm dieting, and B) I read a while back about a study that said LISS can help to generate new brain cells....Lord knows I can use some of those....maybe I should start training to run marathons....lol

Woke up this am feeling pretty depleted. That plus the tren.....I had the first four Black Sabbath albums running in a constant loop inside my head...( not that this is such a bad thing...) Nuked a good sized sweet potato and mashed it up with some sugar-free syrup, and also ate some cottage cheese.Started feeling a lot better about an hour later. I now had the song "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves playing in my head...not sure if this was a good thing or not....:p

I have never competed in bodybuilding so I don't know what its like to prep for a show, but for guys that do compete....I can say with all confidence that Aurum Ripex 225 is a great product. The test/tren/masteron combo is really helping me to lean out while retaining muscle. I highly recommend it.
