GUY: HGH+IGF-L3

HI THERE,

this is for my friend (HIS ENGLISH SUCKS SO I WILL WRITE AND TRANSLATE EVERYTHING TO HIM):

He is a experienced bb, doing 100mg of testo p already, also wants to add hgh and igf-l3 the palumbo way.
5'7; 185 pounds (REALLY defined, dry weight).
Goal: up to 198 pounds shreddded.

okay to do it like this:

TESTO PROP 100mg ed+20mg winnis oral to increase the free testo.

hgh: Start with 2iu in the am before cardio on empty stomach;

pm: we train together (heavy training split), immediately pwo: 20mg of igf-l3 the dave palumbo way for 4 weeks then 2 weeks off where he wants to add hgh 2iu pwo instead with maybe slin.

questions:

1) WILL HGH IN THE AM and IGF-L3 in the pm cancel each other out??

2) 20mg the dave palumbo way is not that much of igf. does he still nedd to carb up after injecting?? If so, about how many carbs are needed??

3) igf-l3 immediately pwo or better 1 hour pwo in order to not disturb the natural igf production?

4)IS THE GEAR STACK OK?? WHAT ABOUT EQ OR MASTERON OR EVEN TREN A FOR MORE QUALITY/HARDNESS??

5) Does it help to add nolvadex or arimidex against a possible hgh bloat??he is sooo defined that he is a bit scared of holding too much water.

Just switched to prop/masteron from prop/eq. Vascularity is amazing, and I keep gaining weight with the masteron addition. Some water weight. Been doing 2 iu of GH. Going to add 20 mcg of IGF for pct. 12 week cycle. A touch of Armidex does the job.
