I have a pot of coffee in the morning, regular drip. Around 200mg of caffeine. Morning cardio.
Training days is either a double shot of espresso prior to rolling/striking OR BPN pre workout at 300mg of caffeine prior to a performance session.
Not going to lie, even if pre workout is taken around 11am is still impacts my sleep.
