Guys 35+ and stims

I’ve just turned 33 and and deeply hurt and offended that you put 35+ as if that’s the definition of “older guys” 😩😩😩 45+ maybe 35 is prime time!

Personally never got anything out of stim type products or caffeine so don’t bother with them or very rarely
To be fair the NPC has “masters 35+” if I’m not mistaken so technically…

What age is technically when people start to decline? I feel like in my 40s I look better than my 20s on 1/3 the dose because im leaner, training and diet are more dialed in. And getting more sleep. The only things I feel are worse is my digestion is horrible a 700 calorie meal or even a smoothie bloats me...and glutes. I lost alot of size in my legs when I spent a few months toying with calesthenics and extreme cutting. As soon as I started bodybuilding training again my quads came right back but not glutes. When I was younger I never had weak glutes and I didn't train them and admittedly did the bare minimum for legs.
 
Can people please stop lumping coffee (which promotes health and extends lifespan) and pre-workout supplements into the same category as methamphetamines like Adderall?

For high level competitive bodybuilding it seems to be early 40’s especially in the legs but I don’t think that reflects a decline in physical health in general
Plenty of super fit athletic guys into their 50’s
 
I have a 44oz Diet Dr. Pepper from Circle K every day. Does that count? Ha ha. Its my "coffee". I rarely finish the fountain drink. Its .85 so why not grab the big one. 😁
Sometimes I miss out on one. I don't know the amount of caffeine in it. I'm so use to it not sure if it even effects me. I've gone a couple weeks at a time and not drink one. I never really notice any difference from when I am drinking it consistently or not.
 
i take 10-12 25mg bronkaid tablets a day with a total of about a gram of caffeine. Usually split into 2-3 doses. I didn’t realize you could get addicted to bronkaid but it’s definitely a thing. I need to just start cutting the dose back to a reasonable level. I use to take Dmaa as well but oddly dmaa would make me fail drug tests at work where as ephedrine does not.
You take 250-300mg of bronkaid daily?…YIKES
 
After nearly 20 years of caffeine use i dropped cold turkey 3 months ago and i am not coming back , no coffee no green tea redbull etc. If i fancy coffee decaff for me. Feel so much better.
I as well stop messing with stimulants awhile ago and I feel 1000% better 😉
 
I’m now taking 50 mg twice a day of ephedrine. Once am before fasted cardio and agzin at night when I train hcl and my blood pressure and heart rate having changed one bit but I’m definitely getting shredded fast.
 
I abused stims like ultimate orange and jack3d and all the insane pre workouts back in the day and now the last 10 years I’m super sensitive to any caffeine or stimulants..so I basically do a 120mg caffeine packet in my water every morning and that’s it for any caffeine or stims for the entire day..if I need something to keep me up late night I’ll maybe do a Diet Coke for the caffeine..
God I miss jack3d. My brother has a full container of it still. Shits like a rock. I chipped some off a few months ago and good grief ive had weaker cocaine in the past. Thought I was having a heart attack. Lol I cant believe i used to go thru jug after jug of that

A buddy here just scored me some pharma ephedrine. Man I missed this stuff lol. Give me an ECA stack from back in the day over clen any day. Just at 25mg myself now, but it's like laser focus all day and no cramps or issues sleping
 
Some days I feel like caffeine hits me hard and other days not. I'll use 135mg to 250mg in one shot. 2nd dose later in the day not more than 135mg.
