Guys eating shit and staying lean???

So for most its genetics and drugs.....Is there anyone who when they were smaller had to be very very careful with diet but once they gained a large amount of mass were able to loosen up some if they wanted?
 
I agree with most on here. It is just genetics. I am in the gym at least 5 days a week and carefully watch what I eat. If I don't...I get fat quick. On the other hand I have a friend who has never seen the inside of a gym, he smokes like a freight train, and eats like a fat kid at a cake convention. However, he stays muscular and below 8% bf year round. It irritates me at times. But, you play with the cards you are dealt.

Oh hell yeah. I am not huge by any means but when I was smaller I have missed a meal and never cheated and had to suffer to be this lean. Now i have more muscle which burns more calories, I take pharm grade gh, and I eat what I want l.

yes for me also. And shelby if your reading this I dont eat shit all day:) Maybe a little occasionally.
