I agree with most on here. It is just genetics. I am in the gym at least 5 days a week and carefully watch what I eat. If I don't...I get fat quick. On the other hand I have a friend who has never seen the inside of a gym, he smokes like a freight train, and eats like a fat kid at a cake convention. However, he stays muscular and below 8% bf year round. It irritates me at times. But, you play with the cards you are dealt.
