Guys i need some help

I have always been a big guy. I tried bodybuilding couple years ago found out it wasnt for me. I'm 6 feet 5 300 pounds right now and got to drop some weight. The last time i tried to do a show i went from 297 to 217 at weigh in. I had lost everything really as far as muscle. I looked better like 3 days later around 235. Here is a pic of me when i was down to 265 and still couldn't really see abs . It took me getting down to 235 before abs came in. I obviously dont have good genetics but would just like some advice for me to get around 250 and about 10 percent bodyfat while keeping some muscle and at lest a 4 pack.

Need help

I'm 6 feet 5 300 pounds now and probally 22 percent bodyfat. I have really got to lose some quick. I'm going to post few more pics when i got down in weight so maybe u guys can help me do it right. I'm not looking to compete . I just want to try to get leaner and have more atheletic look without getting down to skinny. ;)

235 here

I was 235 here and this was 3 days after the show. I lost all the muscle i had completely. I realize it's not for me but still would like some pointers on how to keep some muscle while getting leaner.

217 here and dehydrated

Didnt even look like myself. I looked sick and ended up dehydrated. Weighed 217.

Would like to get my abs in a little more in the top pic without having to drop another 25 pounds from there. When i got down to where i had a 6 pack i looked sick. Was only 217. Lost most of my muscle. Thanks for the help.
