ROCKEDUP Thank you for your compliment! What you said about my kidneys concerns me. Is there something you noticed in the pic, or is it just because of my age? Thanks for your input bro.

It's none of my business I've just seen there is a middle ground and I'm compelled to tell everyone lol. Most of us are pissing protein to some extent. It's taxing on us.
 
Last offseason I ate only 4 (mostly 5) meals a day at least 1000 calories each.

6-8 whole eggs in coconut oil
2 cups oats with banana and milk
2-4 slices whole wheat bread

2-3 cups rice
12oz fish
1-2 tbsp olive oil

2 cups cottage cheese with 1-2 scoops whey
2 cups oats
banana, apple
flax seeds or peanut butter

16oz poatoe
16oz red meat
sour cream

on slin days during my workout drank 100-150g carbs with aminos

Got to 245 only on 100test/100tren 2iu hgh+peptides very lean (but I am 6'2).

Eating less ofter makes me to eat more food per meal and more overall, eating too often fills me out too much, I need to get hungry to a lot.

Go take a protein analysis urine test everytime i do that the doctor wants to fall over bit afyer the 3rd time i asked what we should to to check and they did all these ultra sounds and shit to scan my kidneys no groeths or damage im just on 2 plus gsllons a day of liquid still pee high protein though .
 
Might be worth a try to do lower carbs and high fat. And I don't mean 100g of fat high, I mean like 300g fat high.

Fats are so calorie dense it easy to eat more. I can pm you a sample of my diet if you're interested. I'm currently eating this way.

I am interested in seeing your diet and hearing about the progress you are seeing.
