I've read a few posts recently of guys taking ~200mg test + ~200mg deca on a weekly basis for 20 weeks or longer. I'm curious, what is your objective? Are you just looking to maintain muscle, to lean out, or to do a "re-comp"? Or do you really see significant, sustained growth at these doses after four or five months? Since so many guys here don't think twice about 800mg-1500mg/week total, I am interested to hear from guys who use half that amount (400mg/wk total) or thereabouts. Thanks.
