Had surgery on shoulder for a torn labrum in 2006. Used to have a nice peak on both biceps. The one on the side of the operated shoulder now looks rectangular and flat from the front. From a rear viewpoint, the peak is pretty small but the brachialis is now much bigger than it was before the surgery. Brachialis on the operated shoulder is also now bigger than on the non-operated side. Anything similar happen to anyone?
