Looking to ease into this as it boasts crazy endurance and fat loss. What should my concerns be? Will my heart be racing? Blood sugar levels? Someone mentioned needing to eat more. I'm already at a deficit trying to lose some weight. I want to be as cautious and safe as possible can. Is this ok to use in high intensity training such as crossfit ? It's paleo right. .bahahaha

What is this crossfitting you gents speak of? Is that when the males in the gym wear head bands and tights and try to balance on various objects whilst lifting weights far too heavy for them?

I have been using this for crossfit for the past 6 months. If you find a good source its amazing. I dropped my Grace time by 57 seconds
