Gyms in or around Alpharetta, Georgia

Guys and gals...

Happy New Year..

Have not been on here in awhile...
However, I need your help..

I currently live in South Florida, and as a national level superheavy, I am looking for a good gym in or around Alpharetta, Georgia to continue my bodybuilding. This would be for my wife too, a physique competitor...

Moving there in the coming months...

Yes, I have used Google but a lot of gyms in that area have bad pictures or not enough to know whether it is worth looking at..

If it helps, I was raised old-school in the gyms so I do prefer the dungeons, the grind it out and get nasty gyms where we can make our new church...

worse case scenario, I will create my own gym, something similar to what Flex Lewis has down here in south Florida. But that would take time...so I would still need a gym...

Stacks in Acworth GA.

Its got a good selection of equipment, and a good atmosphere.

Lived around there for a few years...like above I'd say stacks would be your best bet for a "hardcore" gym. Honestly I mostly trained at LA fitness and one in particular in snellville had a really good group of guys that trained hard so it was a good environment. I trained at a few different LA fitness in alpharetta, you can get anything done in there for the most part, not ideal but convenient. The other good ones I can think of are further away and not something you'd probably want to do every day.

I think the big issue is that almost all the gyms are chain gyms. They have the basics but not much variety in equipment.

Somebody could probably do alright if they opened up a big bodybuilding gym that had a really good variety of machines AKA more than one type of plate loaded machine for each body part.
