My surgery is getting closer!! I’m looking pretty damn lean now and can’t wait to see how I look when I get this gyno out. Excited is an understatement!! Will keep you guys in the loop with updates on the recovery etc.

Make sure you wear a real compression vest. I didn't which led to a battle with seromas.

Congrats bro. I had surgery for gyno last year and it has been a total game changer. I had from young age of about 11 or so I can’t really remember. I’m 31 now. Feel so much better. Self confidence shot up. You’re going to look great bro.

Finally I have my gynecomastia surgery scheduled after it bothering me for about 12 years. Cost is 6k (talked him down from $6850) for Lipo and gland removal. My body fat is fairly low so I won’t need much lipo and he said he will remove about 98% of the gland. Excited is an understatement. Will keep you all updated on the process

I've had it done and it went super smooth. I was bench pressing again at around the 8-10 week mark. I just started slow and light.

Had my pre op appointment with the surgeon today. Showed him how I’m looking. He said with as lean as I am right now my results should be nothing less than stellar. He said he’s excited to preform the procedure and is positive about a good outcome.

Good to hear, good luck to ya! Be patient afterwards and let it heal! I'm 3.5 weeks post back surgery and the not training aspect is driving me crazy lol

Are you put to sleep for the procedure? With the cost of only $6K I wouldn’t think you would. With my anxiety issues I’d have to swallow 3 Xannys prior to walking in to calm me down some.

General anesthesia isn’t necessary for the procedure. I did it with just local about 8 months ago. The way my doctor did it was he had it setup so I couldn’t see anything they were doing and I barely felt a thing. The one time I felt something I just let him know and he numbed it up some more and I was good to go.

Nope. Doing local anesthesia. He prescribes anxiety meds you take right before the procedure to make sure you’re calm.
